Crypto.com Pay Fees for Merchants: 0% Headline vs Wallet PAYG

If you are comparing Crypto.com Pay merchant fees, the 0% checkout line is real. The all-in cost is that 0% plus payout/settlement and the published minimums. FinCobra is a different purchase: settlement to wallets you control, at Free Start $1,000 then 0.5% PAYG.

Do not treat those as the same fee.

Quick Answer

Stay on Crypto.com Pay if you want CRO customer rewards, a Shopify install, a public WooCommerce plugin, fiat/bank settlement, or a large Crypto.com App catalog.

Look at FinCobra Checkout only if you want wallet settlement with a public rate: first $1,000 of paid volume free, then 0.5% PAYG. No merchant balance. No invented payout percent to “beat” their 0%.

Crypto.com Pay wins CRO, Shopify, and public Woo. FinCobra wins wallet settlement and 0.5% PAYG transparency. 0.5% is not cheaper than 0%.

Crypto.com Pay figures above were checked on 2026-08-26 from Pay for Business docs (Fees and Payouts), the merchant page, fiat settlement notes, the Shopify setup guide, and the WooCommerce plugin. Their payout percentage is not on those pages. Do not invent one.

Choose Crypto.com Pay If

Choose Crypto.com Pay if any of these are the actual job:

  • you want CRO rewards for customers, catalogue placement, or Crypto.com App checkout traffic
  • you need Shopify
  • you need a public WooCommerce plugin you can install from WordPress.org today
  • you need USD, EUR, AUD, or other banked fiat after a merchant-balance payout
  • you want their token catalog (CRO, ETH, DOGE, and other App-supported assets), not a short documented rail list
  • a 0% checkout fee is the number you need, and you will read payout/settlement and minimums in the Merchant Dashboard

That is a real product. If that is what you searched for, stay there.

Choose FinCobra If

Choose FinCobra Checkout only if the job is wallet settlement plus a public PAYG rate:

  • funds land in wallets you control
  • Bitcoin through an xpub
  • USDT and USDC on the documented Checkout chains
  • Free Start on the first $1,000 of paid invoice volume, then 0.5% PAYG
  • you can live without CRO rewards, Shopify, a public Woo plugin, fiat/bank payouts, Lightning, and any-token checkout

FinCobra is a non-custodial crypto payment gateway: hosted checkout, status, and webhooks, with settlement in wallets you control. It is not a Crypto.com Pay merchant account.

If you want self-hosted Bitcoin infrastructure instead of either product, read BTCPay Server Alternative for Small SaaS Teams. If you need a licensed EU fiat gateway, read CoinGate Alternative.

Fees, Honestly

The 0% checkout fee is real. Official Pay for Business copy says there is no transaction fee, and the merchant is credited the specified amount into the merchant account.

That is not the all-in fee.

When you request payout, a payout/settlement fee is applied. Official docs say to log into the Merchant Dashboard for details. Public pages do not publish that percentage. This article will not invent one.

What is public, as of 2026-08-26:

  • fiat minimums: 100 USD, 130 EUR, 150 AUD
  • crypto minimums: 0.01 BTC, 0.1 ETH, 500 CRO, 100 USDC
  • a minimum blockchain fee can apply on small crypto settlements
  • fiat wires may add a transmittance fee from bank intermediaries

FinCobra is Free Start $1,000, then 0.5% PAYG on paid invoice volume, billed monthly in arrears. Settlement is wallets only. There is no payout percent because there is no payout step.

Do not call 0.5% cheaper than 0%. If you keep a Crypto.com Pay merchant balance and rarely payout, their checkout line is 0%. If you payout every day, all-in is 0% plus an unpublished settlement fee plus minimums. Those are different bills than 0.5% on volume that already sits in your wallet.

Shopify and Woo, Without the Stretch

Crypto.com Pay ships Shopify and a public WooCommerce plugin. Those are reasons to stay there if a cart install is the requirement.

FinCobra has no Shopify. WooCommerce is a private pilot. The public proof is the WooCommerce demo shop, which runs hosted checkout end to end. There is no WordPress.org listing to install today.

If you need production Shopify or public Woo now, use Crypto.com Pay.

One-Pass Decision

Use this once:

  1. Do you need CRO rewards, Shopify, a public Woo plugin, fiat/bank settlement, or their App token catalog? Stay on Crypto.com Pay.
  2. Do you want wallet settlement at a public $1,000-then-0.5% PAYG rate, with no merchant balance? Look at FinCobra Checkout.
  3. If you answered yes to both, you do not have one product. You have two jobs. Do not force them into one checkout.

See a Live Walkthrough

If step 2 is the job, take a live Checkout walkthrough and configure your own wallets.

The demo is the private WooCommerce pilot, not a public plugin. Use it to watch hosted checkout, then set BTC via xpub and USDT/USDC on the documented chains in your own account.

FinCobra Checkout is for funds in wallets you control. It is not a 0% Crypto.com Pay merchant account, and 0.5% PAYG is not a claim that we are cheaper than 0%.
